About the Course

Data and Information Visualization (JMC:3640) is geared towards both journalists and strategic communicators to find and communicate information and stories from data. The first half of the course covers understanding, gathering, wrangling, and exploring data for stories. The second half focuses on creating explanatory visualizations of data and information to tell the story of your data.
