About the Course
Graphic Design (JMC:3610) introduces students to the basic principles of graphic design including gestalt, hierarchy, movement, balance, color theory, and more, as well as principles of typography, methods to foster creativity, and software used in design production. Projects explore form, layout, and visual representation.
The book cover project was previously completed as part of (JMC:3610) Graphic Design but is now being incorporated in (JMC:2020) Visual Communication and Design.
