About the Course

Motion Graphics (JMC: 3600) introduces students to the art of motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, combining technical skills with foundational animation principles. Students will learn how to create dynamic visual content by exploring keyframing, timing, easing, composition, and visual storytelling. Through hands-on projects, students will gain experience in animating text, shapes, and images, while developing an understanding of how motion enhances design and communication. No prior animation experience is required, but familiarity with graphic design is recommended.
